Product application : Lighting/ Power Electronics / Control Cards of various Appliances like Air Conditioner / BLDC Fans-Appliances Sourcing multiple categories in Active & Passive electronic components like IC/Mosfets/ Micro Controller Unit /Fuse/ LED s /PCB etc Setting long/midterm strategies for Sourcing the defined categories Driving multiple sourcing activities like Year-on-Year cost optimization/ Spend consolidation etc. Meeting overall Project management requirement for multiple projects in terms of Target Costing/ Trials and finally mass production as per defines business objective.
