Key responsibilities include: • Responsible for approach to potential customers through Cold Calling, emailing, Trade shows. • Responsible for understanding customers’ needs and ensure they are good fit for the company offerings. • Responsible for responding to leads generated from trade shows to generate a funnel of qualified leads. • Responsible to maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and feedback to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team. • Database creation through web, events reports, LinkedIn and progress. • Keep track of leads generated and conversion to Opportunity. • Assisting Direct Sales Team for Field Visit and Meetings with customers key members. • To ensure PMT/CRM is updated with all leads and opportunities. • Responsible to maintain good relationships with customers, sales team and marketing Team. • To ensure accuracy to be maintained and achieved on quarterly and yearly forecasting • Support the team in RFP responses with internal cross functional coordination • To capture the leads from marketing in CRM and maintain database of the same with Qualification criteria • To keep track of Competitors and timely share details with Project Head. • Follow-up with the client for completion of process.
