You will also be involved in recording and backing up surgery videos, digital photography, and audio-video related work. Furthermore, your role will encompass hardware and networking work, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, as well as designing and printing materials as needed. You will be responsible for the maintenance and reporting of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), as well as the upkeep of various software applications such as ROP Web application, Cataract Outcome software, MGM Online Survey Web application, NABH indicator software, Discharge manager software, and Lab manager software. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work with various technologies and software applications. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant work experience and be proficient in IT support and maintenance tasks.
