Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer success by assisting schools during the onboarding process, addressing concerns, and ensuring effective product usage. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive training sessions on AI products tailored for school leaders, educators, and stakeholders. - Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different schools and educational systems. - Assist schools throughout the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration and adoption of the tech products. - Provide ongoing customer success support to address any challenges encountered by schools post-onboarding. - Monitor and report on training and customer success metrics to identify areas for enhancement. - Utilize data analytics and Excel proficiency to evaluate training effectiveness and product usage. - Collaborate with the product and consulting teams to enhance training materials based on customer feedback and evolving requirements. - Offer continuous support to educators to help them optimize the value of AI tools in their classrooms. - Travel to schools across India to conduct in-person training and onboarding sessions as necessary. If you have a proven background as a trainer or teacher with a keen interest in technology integration, experience in customer success, familiarity with educational technology and AI products, strong presentation and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and data analytics, enthusiasm for technology and education, and the willingness to adapt training methods for diverse audiences and contexts, then this role may be a perfect fit for you.
