About The Job: The Communications & Engagement Coordinator helps drive clear, timely, and consistent internal communication across our teams in Diageo Business Services India (DBSI), Global Business Operations (GBO) and Global Finance. The role supports how employees who are part of DBSI, GBO and Global Finance stay informed, connected, and engaged. This includes creating content, managing communication channels, supporting centre-wide initiatives and events, and contributing to the employee experience. Essential Job Functions: Content development Support development of internal online content including newsletters, articles, announcements, emails, videos Support development of materials for local and global events and campaigns Channel coordination Maintain content flow across key communications and engagement channels on Viva Engage, Outlook and SharePoint Monitor basic channel analytics, share findings and suggest changes to improve clarity or reach Engagement support Support with planning and delivery of company, function and site-wide campaigns, culture initiatives, and employee events Work with ERG leaders to support their activities, including comms. support and logistics coordination Event communication Help organise centre-level events like townhalls, annual celebrations, and leadership visits Liaise with vendors and internal teams for creative and logistical support Employer branding Contribute to employer brand activities in partnership with HR and Comms Lead Assist with visual storytelling and internal branding assets when needed Administrative coordination Maintain communication mailboxes, content trackers, and distribution lists Support timely responses to content requests and basic stakeholder queries Qualifications: Bachelors degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field Min. 3 years of experience in corporate communications, internal engagement, or creative coordination Experience working in a large organisation or across multiple teams How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume using the apply online button on this job post.
