The job involves handling recruitment activities within the company by actively sourcing and identifying suitable candidates according to job requirements. You will manage the recruitment processes from sourcing to selection, utilizing various tools to streamline hiring processes and reduce time to hire. It is essential to automate all recruitment processes and provide regular reports to hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment activities and the status of successful candidates. You will be responsible for preparing employment letters, obtaining necessary approvals, and coordinating with the Onboarding team to issue job offers and initiate the hiring process. Ensuring the creation of Job Requisition through the SAP system is also part of your role. In terms of HR proficiency, you should stay updated on soft and technical skills relevant to the job and have a clear vision and plan for your career path. Your delivery role will involve meeting operational and development targets within specified schedules, effectively utilizing resources to achieve objectives, and providing periodic reports detailing task execution. Problem-solving skills are crucial for addressing any related issues that may arise and escalating complex operational problems when necessary. Maintaining quality standards, developing effective quality control processes, and seeking opportunities for business process improvements are key aspects of the role. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and work instructions is mandatory, as well as ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental management procedures within your work area. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and 4 to 6 years of work experience are required for this position.
