Employee Transport Operations Manager

You will be joining Agiledge Process Solutions, a Bangalore-based B2B tech company specializing in location intelligence and Return to Work Solutions. As an Employee Transport Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the Customer Success function for large customers utilizing a SaaS-based Employee Transport Automation Application. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of the NEOFFICE Commute Solution at client sites, conducting client onboarding, training, and product walkthroughs, as well as providing end-to-end functional support. You will actively participate in manual testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), monitor account health, and collaborate with internal teams to report bugs and propose improvements. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee transport operations and a good understanding of routing processes using tools like MoveIn Sync, Routematic, Safetrax, etc. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, along with strong communication skills in English. Multilingual fluency is considered an advantage. Additionally, you will be required to visit clients to ensure the effective utilization of the automation solution and work closely with them to maximize the value derived from the solution. This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru, and it involves working from the office without any hybrid or work-from-home options available.
