Job Description Role : Analyst, Service Delivery at ReSource Pro Experience : 2 to 4 Years Work Mode : Onsite (5 Days) Location : Karle Town Center, Nagavara, Bangalore NOTE: 1Year Employee Benefit experience into Property & Casuality is mandatory. Purpose of the Position Process moderately complex insurance tasks, perform auditing and trouble-shooting, deliver training, and be responsible for meeting quality, quantity, and time deadlines. Communicate with the client via email. Report operation problems and propose solutions to achieve operation optimization. 2. Principal Responsibilities # Responsibilities Responsibility Area (E.g. Budgeting & Planning, Team Management, etc.) Description (Do....in order to/to ....) Percentage of Time (%) 1. Processing (60%) Operate a variety of client systems and process moderately complex tasks and activities without supervision. Follow ReSource Pro's Information Security policies/guidelines, as well as the client's security requirements, policies, and practices that are provided to ReSource Pro and information security requirements. 2. Operation Optimization (10% ) 1) Report operation problems and propose solutions. 2) Optimize established procedures. 3) Assist with output conversion. 3. Customer Experience (10%) 1) Communicate with the client via email with minimal supervision. 2) Respond to the client promptly and report issues to the supervisor in a timely manner. 4. Auditing and Trouble-shooting (10%) 1) Implement the audit plan, run the audit report and identify the performance gap. 2) Perform timely trouble-shootin 5. Training (5%) Set up individual training plan and deliver training. 6. Others (5%) 1) Generate and analyze the data and report. 2) Assist with new task on-boarding. Employee Benefits Skillset Experience (2 - 4 years): The candidate should possess experience in employee benefits tasks 1. Process EB tasks such as enrollments, changes, and terminations. 2. Identify and update changes on carrier websites or submit by email to carriers. 3. Set up groups/plans in Ease or Employee Navigator based on source documents. 4. Maintain accurate records in Benefits Administration platforms and/or carrier portals. 5. Create and update comparative analysis of carrier quotes, plan renewals, and contribution strategies (spreadsheeting). 6. Add employees to the COBRA website when enrolled in medical, dental, or vision plans. 7. Assist in managing Qualifying Life Events (QLEs) such as marriage, birth, or loss of coverage. 8. Ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy and security standards. 9. Conduct contract reviews (Medical and Non-Medical) for accuracy and compliance. Prepare and review reports, including: Payroll deduction audits, Renewal reports, Experience reports Census formatting 10. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail. 11. Conduct audits and reconcile reports to identify and correct discrepancies. 12. Maintain and update training materials, logs, and process documentation. The above responsibilities are not inclusive. Other responsibilities may be assigned to this job position depending on business needs 3.
