Employee Conduct Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the design, development, maintenance, implementation, and validation of tech enhancements, automation modules, and models in Employee Compliance. Your role will involve working with specialized applications to pull data from databases and other sources, using software to identify patterns and trends in the information. You will be responsible for presenting data in various formats, designing relational databases, implementing measures to contain compliance risk, delivering analytical solutions, maintaining business relations, providing timely reporting, sharing best practices, and executing special projects as assigned. Key Responsibilities: - Work with specialized applications to pull data from databases and other sources - Identify patterns and trends in the information for risk intelligence deliverables - Present data in charts, graphs, and tables - Design and develop relational databases for data collection - Implement measures to contain compliance risk - Deliver concrete analytical solutions to business problems - Maintain consistent dialog and relationship with Compliance process peers - Provide timely and relevant information through reporting mechanisms - Design rich data visualizations and automate reporting - Collaborate with stakeholders to share business best practices - Execute special projects as assigned by management Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of overall experience in technical skills such as ServiceNow and UI Path - Ability to document business requirements and generate SOPs for automation handover - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Continuous improvement mindset - Manage multiple projects for process automation - Ability to work with large volumes of data efficiently - Strong technical background in data manipulation - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information,
