Job Description

Role Overview: As an employee in the private clinic in SARAN, where 200 to 300 meals are served daily, you will work under the guidance of the group leader as part of a team of 3 individuals. Your daily tasks will include cold food production in the morning using technical sheets, setting up the self-service area, serving hot dishes during lunchtime, replenishing displays, cashiering, washing dishes, and cleaning the dining area. Ensuring product traceability, compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and prioritizing safety for yourself and your team are crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform cold food production in the morning based on technical sheets - Set up the self-service area - Serve hot dishes at lunchtime, replenish displays, and/or handle cashiering - Wash dishes and clean the dining area - Ensure product traceability, compliance with hygiene and safety standards Qualifications Required: - Passion for the restaurant industry - Team player with a service-oriented approach - Energetic, caring, and meticulous in work approach Company Details: Sodexo, founded in 1966 by Pierre BELLON, is committed to offering a better daily life to build a better life for everyone.
