JD: Client Queries Resolution: Respond to client queries within the timelines and proactively ensure closure of the same Pricing/ Quotations: Ensure the order Pricing or PD sample pricing is done and share it with client via excel or upload in system. Payment: Ensure weekly statements are sent and payment received as per the norms.
