As our Founding Editor , you’ll: Shape raw scripts and AI-generated assets into cinematic stories Work closely with creatives and AI tools to bring ad concepts to life Experiment with sound, pacing, and emotion to make ads feel Lead post-production from rough to final Work fast, with precision and care What We’re Looking For: A portfolio that shows range, rhythm, and storytelling Deep knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools) Experience with creative AI tools (Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.) is a plus Extreme attention to detail Just pure creative fire. Requirements: No degree or experience needed if your work speaks loud Must be deeply curious about AI + creative workflows You care more about emotion than aesthetics You meet deadlines, but never compromise on quality and integrity We only hire on merit, and you’ll need all three: Passion, Curiosity and Integrity.
