Position Summary: The Office Executive Intern at Emmanuel Holidays will assist with daily administrative tasks, tour operations, customer coordination, and documentation work. This internship provides hands-on experience in the travel & tourism industry and helps interns understand real-time office functioning. Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative & Office Support Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries. Maintain office records, client files, and booking documents. Support in preparing invoices, quotations, and travel itineraries. Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating with staff. 2. Travel & Tour Operations Support the team in booking flights, hotels, tours, and transfers. Coordinate with suppliers, travel partners, and vendors. Assist with visa documentation and travel-related paperwork. Update tour packages, pricing details, and promotional materials. 3. Customer Service Provide basic information to customers about packages and services. Assist with customer follow-ups and post-booking support. Maintain a polite, professional, and welcoming approach. 4. Data Entry & Documentation Maintain customer databases and booking logs. Prepare checklists and ensure all documents are up-to-date. Assist with payment updates, receipts, and basic office accounts. 5. Marketing & Social Media Support (If required) Help post tour packages on social media platforms. Assist in collecting content, photos, and descriptions for promotions. Support the marketing team during special campaigns. Skills & Qualifications: Good communication skills (English and local language). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel). Interest in travel, tourism, and customer service.
