Support HR and finance with documentation, payroll coordination, and expense tracking. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning of the workspace. E-Commerce Operations: Assist in listing products on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and the brand’s website. Update product details, prices, and images regularly. Coordinate with logistics teams for order processing, shipping, and returns. Monitor stock levels and inform relevant teams for inventory planning. Assist in basic customer support for order-related queries or reviews. Support content creation, catalog uploads, and promotional campaign planning. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or any related field. 1–3 years of experience in an admin or e-commerce support role. TDS & Tax Compliance: Manage TDS deductions, returns, challans, and coordinate with auditors for statutory filings.
