Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person). Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
