You will be joining Hannah Joseph Hospital Limited in Madurai as a full-time Senior Consultant Neurologist. Your primary role will involve delivering expert neurological care, diagnosing and treating patients, performing procedures, and collaborating with other medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes. To excel in this position, you must possess expertise in Neurology and specialized knowledge in neurological procedures. Your clinical skills should be strong, particularly in diagnosing and treating conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, and movement disorders, among other routine neurological illnesses. Proficiency in conducting and interpreting diagnostic tests like EEG, EMG/EP, and MRI is essential. Effective communication skills are crucial as you will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team consisting of Neurosurgeons and Interventional Neuroradiologists. You are required to hold board certification in Neurology, an active medical license, and preferably have experience in research and academic contributions. A degree in MD, DM, DrNB, or an equivalent qualification in Neurology from a recognized institution is mandatory for this role.
