APKA Industries is looking for Emergency Technicians to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, providing immediate medical care, and ensuring the efficient operation of emergency medical services. This role requires quick thinking, technical skills, and the ability to handle high - stress situations. Key Responsibilities : Emergency Response : Respond promptly to emergency calls and incidents. Assess the situation and provide immediate medical care to individuals in distress. Medical Procedures : Administer basic and advanced life support techniques as required. Perform emergency medical procedures such as CPR, wound care, and airway management. Patient Transportation : Safely transport patients to medical facilities, ensuring their comfort and stability during transit. Communicate effectively with hospital staff to provide essential patient information. Equipment Operation : Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment, including ambulances and life support systems. Conduct regular checks on equipment to ensure readiness for emergency responses. Documentation : Accurately record patient information, treatment provided, and other relevant details. Complete required paperwork and reports in a timely manner. Communication : Communicate effectively with dispatch, medical personnel, and other emergency services. Provide clear and concise updates on patient status and treatment. Training and Development : Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on the latest emergency medical techniques and protocols. Provide training to other team members as needed. Compliance : Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing emergency medical services. Adhere to established protocols and guidelines. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent. Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic. Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record. CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Strong physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry patients.
