What this job involves You will be part of the Property Management team based at the site and will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of Security and Fire Safety are supervised and taken care of during your shift in consultation with the Security/Property Manager. Design safety training programs for employees and ensure response to all specific requirements and maintain knowledge of all company safety programs and draft all materials for training programs within required timeframe. Coordinating with LEA for any CCTV/footage related queries in building Ensure smooth conduct of any VIP movements/Events/Drills in the building Conducting internal audits. Maintaining and providing all necessary data during external audit. Consolidating all lost & found records and processing of submission with coordination with central SO.
