Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) working in Oman, your primary role will be to provide trauma care and emergency medical services. You will be responsible for responding to medical emergencies, assessing patients" conditions, and administering necessary medical treatment in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to emergency calls promptly and provide medical care to patients at the scene - Transport patients safely to the hospital or other medical facilities - Monitor patients" vital signs and adjust treatment as necessary - Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals and emergency response teams - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records - Ensure the ambulance and medical equipment are properly maintained and stocked - Stay updated on the latest advancements in emergency medical care and techniques Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of total professional experience, with at least 2 years specifically in trauma care and emergency medical services - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree - Valid ambulance driving license - Completed Dataflow verification - Certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) - Proficiency in handling emergency situations and using medical equipment In addition to the rewarding nature of the job itself, as an EMT in Oman, you will receive a competitive salary of OMR 500 per month along with benefits such as free food, accommodation, transportation, and medical services.
