Emergency Manager

As a Healthcare Authorization Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include identifying services that require authorization, ensuring that patients have a primary care physician follow-up, and collaborating with the Emergency Department healthcare team to determine the treatment plan. You will be accountable for maintaining quality of care and patient safety parameters such as length of stay, re-admissions, denials, and appeals. Monitoring patient progress and demonstrating knowledge of the occurrence reporting system are essential aspects of this role. In addition, you will serve as the central resource for ensuring consistency in Emergency Response practices and approach. Your duties will also involve maintaining, distributing, and communicating the Corporate Crisis Management Plan to facilitate effective and efficient response and communications between the Locations and Corporate. You will play a key role in assisting in the development, testing, evaluation, and assessment of communication needs when responding to emergencies. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund. The schedule for this role is day shift with additional perks such as performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience in a similar role. Reliability in commuting or willingness to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana, before starting work is required.,
