Educate all the staff about vaccination schedule neonates and pediatric. Incharge should make sure bill cleared by the patient before the patient discharge or shifting to the other department. Any retrival or any transfer out should be informed priorly to the consultant. Between any minor OT procedures corbolitation must and should.
