Manipal Hospitals is seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Nurse for our Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a critical care environment. The ICU Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill patients. Roles and Responsibilities - Monitor and manage patients in the Intensive Care Unit, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. - Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and care procedures. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies. - Participate in emergency response and resuscitation efforts as needed. - Stay current with advancements in critical care practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
