Job Description: IMMIDIATE REQUIREMENT: MBBS DOCTORS We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Physician Consultant to join our team. As part of our medical network, you will provide high-quality healthcare services to our patients in various settings, including home visits, OPD, and emergency care. Key Responsibilities: Provide medical consultations during home visits, OPD shifts, and emergency care. Manage diagnostics and treatment plans, referring patients for procedures, hospitalizations, and medications as necessary. Ensure high standards of patient care and safety during consultations and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with healthcare teams as required. Shifts and Compensation: 12-13 hour Shifts. Cab facility is provided for 13 hours. In addition to the fixed pay, you can earn incentives for referring hospitalizations, procedures, diagnostics, nursing services, scanning, and medicine dispensing. MUST HAVE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.

To attend any new patient admission immediately. Examine the patient, Discuss relatives Check any previous records, if available Charts down all the details in the history sheet. To examine all patients on admission in ICU/ ER/ other such Clinical area as designated by Clinical Administration from time to time. To order investigations under guidance of the departmental Head/ Coordinator To write and fillup all documents and patients history sheet and MLC and other such forms as ordered by Clinical Administration from time to time. To seek Consultation and do referrals to Specialist and Consultants from time to time as per Clinical protocol and hospital policies. Must be well versed with medical knowledge and practice, able to perform bed side procedure like Catheterization, intubation, central line insertion (in case of emergency) 6. To take and give written handover at the bedside at the beginning and end of the duty shift. 7. To rectify or correct any clerical / other such errors committed by the retainer here in agrees to visit the hospital at the earliest irrespective of the next schedule of the duty shift. 8..To document all administrative related policies and other such documents of similar nature as guided by the clinical Coordinator and general administration from time to time. 9.To train nurses, paramedical and support staffs while on duty and as ordered by the clinical admin from time to time.

JOB DESCRIPTION Perform head to toe assessment of the assigned patient. - Check and secure IV Lines, Central Venous Catheters, Arterial Lines, Foley Catheter, and Drains. Check monitors, ventilator settings and alarm settings. -Check and label IV fluid sets, emergency as well as other medications. Prepare, attend and participate in ICU consultants rounds and rounds of primary unit. Follow management plan as formulated in the ICU rounds - Provide nursing care to the patient as follows. Provide all the bedside nursing care (oral care, eye care, skin care, perineal care) and maintain hygiene of the patient as well as patients environment. Record at least hourly vital signs and neurological status and fluid balance status. Record ventilator parameters. Ensure that patients receive proper medication, the correct dose according to the standards. If any confusion about dose, frequency, please clarify with on duty doctor. Ensure patient is receiving feed as instructed (Enteral/Parenteral). Identify patients who are at risk of complications due to nutritional status. Monitor and maintain the blood glucose level as per protocol. Apply the pressure sore prevention strategies like use of air mattress, changing position at least every two hourly or as per need. Monitor patients fluid intake and output to detect emerging problems such as fluid and electrolyte imbalances. Assess the muscle power, monitor physical activity and implement early mobilization protocol. Assess the patients' pain levels and sedation requirements.Ensure that patient receives adequate sedation / analgesia as instructed. Skill and Education Bachelor's degree in Nursing/Proficiency Certificate Level in Nursing. Registered Nurse (RN) license from Nursing Council. CPR course certification.
