Have a practical working knowledge EMC Unity;EMC Power store and Vplex ;EMC Isilon Storage Boxes with replication technologies. Provide performance tuning and troubleshooting of all DELL storage technologies. Performance analysis of the environment is mandatory requirement. In depth understanding about SAN fabrics and Host to SAN connectivity/Performance Management Configuration Management and Capacity Management Good working knowledge Fabric Switches Brocade/Directors/Enclosers. Need to have knowledge storage operations using ITIL Framework Incident Management Problem Management; Participate in Change release management Plan Implement routine normal complex changes Participate in CAB and TAB Raise change requests where required. Storage SME are responsible for Monitoring Incident and Change.Ability to lead escalations within Storage and cross platform.
