Roles and Responsibilities Handle international customer calls, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. Process customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and quality metrics. Desired Candidate Profile Should be ready to relocate to Pune 0-9 years of experience in a similar role (International Voice Process/Customer Service). Proficiency in handling international calls and processing international voice processes.
