Embedded Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager with 58 years of experience, your role will involve leading and executing a multi-disciplinary project that includes Embedded Systems, AI/ML, Web-based Monitoring, and Application Development. Your strong technical grounding in C/C++, Java, and Python development ecosystems will be crucial for successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end execution of software and embedded system development projects, from requirements to deployment. - Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including App Developers, Embedded Engineers, Web Developers, and AI Specialists. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for planning, status updates, and requirement clarifications. - Ensure project delivery within timelines, budgets, and defined quality benchmarks. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. - Manage documentation, technical risk mitigation, and compliance with development best practices. - Oversee integration between control equipment, server-side monitoring, and AI-based processing systems. Required Qualifications: - 58 years of experience in managing technical development projects in embedded systems, industrial automation, or AI/ML domains. - Solid programming understanding in C/C++, Java, or Python. - Hands-on experience with Windows IoT, embedded platforms, and/or cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure). - Strong project management and documentation skills using tools like JIRA, Git, Confluence, MS Project, or similar. - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline.
