Lead the design, development, and testing of embedded firmware for real-time, mission-critical applications.
Drive technical decisions, system architecture, and code reviews for embedded systems projects.
Collaborate with hardware, software, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and protocols as needed.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in embedded firmware development, with at least 1-2 years in a technical leadership role.
Strong working knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS).
In-depth understanding of embedded communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, RS485.
Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with ARM and Xtensa microcontroller architectures.
Strong familiarity with wireless technologies and stacks including LoRa, Bluetooth, and LTE.
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Nice to have: Experience with schematic capture and PCB CAD design tools.
