Embedded Device Testing Engineer

As an Embedded Device Testing Engineer for Abbott, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of embedded devices through comprehensive testing processes. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing detailed test cases, performing manual testing for embedded systems, managing all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and conducting in-depth failure analysis to identify root causes of issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough test coverage and execute regression testing to maintain software stability. Additionally, you will apply programming skills in C or C++ for whitebox testing efforts, work closely with development teams to validate software at the code level, and integrate unit testing into the development workflow.
