Are you an experienced Embedded Systems & IoT enthusiast eager to take on the challenge of building cutting-edge wireless communication and AI-driven embedded products Do you have the vision to lead technology development from the ground up and drive the future of connected devices and intelligent embedded solutions ChipIoT Embedded Solutions India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Co-Founder & CTO to join as a core team member and take ownership of the technology roadmap, driving innovation and execution in the IoT, embedded AI, and wireless communication domains. ChipIoT is an emerging embedded solutions company working on next-gen IoT, wireless, and AI-driven embedded systems. Our portfolio includes LAN-to-WiFi bridges, LoRa-based communication systems, audio devices, and AI-powered embedded solutions for industrial and healthcare applications. We are now expanding to AI-driven embedded intelligence, and we need a technical leader to spearhead this growth. We are seeking a tech visionary passionate about building innovative embedded and IoT products who can provide hands-on leadership as "Engineer #1" to architect and build the MVP. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in embedded firmware, hardware design, and AI-driven embedded systems, along with experience in wireless communication technologies such as LoRa, Bluetooth, WiFi, Zigbee, etc. Proficiency in C, C++, Python, Embedded Linux, RTOS, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms is required. Familiarity with AI/ML in embedded systems, sensor fusion, edge computing, and low-power optimization is a plus. The candidate should also have the ability to integrate hardware and cloud platforms via MQTT, REST APIs, or WebSockets, as well as experience in leading a tech team, architecting scalable solutions, and making key technology decisions. As a Co-Founder & CTO at ChipIoT, you will have the opportunity to shape the company's technology vision, product roadmap, and growth strategy. This equity-based role initially offers future financial compensation as the company scales. The position is based in Pune, with flexibility to suit work-life balance, and provides ownership & autonomy over technical architecture, design, and execution. You will work on deep-tech IoT solutions with real-world applications, shaping the future of embedded intelligence and IoT-driven AI solutions in India.
