Role & responsibilities As the Founding Tech Member , you will: Own and build the end-to-end product backend + AI stack Build fast, ship fast, iterate even faster Work closely with the founding team to shape product vision & architecture Architect scalable AI workflows and APIs that connect with Revit Preferred candidate profile Candidates with experience in one or more of the following Chennai-based startups will be preferred: embedUR AI models for edge devices, working with global chip vendors. Paperflite Mobile-first sales-enablement SaaS platform. PipeCandy B2B data-science-driven lead discovery platform. Octoze SaaS-based ERP + LMS for educational institutions. HippoVideo Video recording & sharing platform with embedded features. Mindgrove Technologies Semiconductor/SoC deep-tech startup. SuperOps.ai – Unified SaaS for IT & operations automation. Disprz – AI-powered people-development platform Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python . What Were Looking For 4-10 years of experience in full-stack development in a Startup Proven experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, RAG pipelines , or recommender systems Strong grasp of JavaScript/Python Bonus: Experience with CAD/BIM tools like Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, or working with Autodesk APIs Youve worked in a fast-paced startup, or want to build one now
