As a Back Office Executive, your key responsibility area includes updating insurers, insured individuals, and IMDs with the status of claims, as well as following up with them for claim settlement. You will be responsible for preparing and sharing MIS reports and tracking claims, coordinating field surveys, and liaising with salvage buyers to secure the best quotes for damaged items. Developing strong working relationships with insurers, insured individuals, and IMDs is essential in this role. Additionally, you will be required to prepare detailed narrative reports for claims and diligently follow up on them. This position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and offers a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant operational/insurance experience. The job demands effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment, along with multitasking and teamwork abilities. A target-oriented attitude, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in English language (both oral and written) are crucial. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word & Excel) and emailing platforms is a must, along with the willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and demonstrate analytical skills.
