About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Plan, draft, and schedule professional email and WhatsApp campaigns to promote services like taxation, GST, audit, and compliance reminders. 2. Design informative newsletters, festive greetings, and monthly service updates in a client-friendly format. 3. Segment and manage client databases to ensure personalized and targeted communication. 4. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open rates, click throughs, replies) and identify areas for improvement. 5. Coordinate with internal departments (Audit, Taxation, HR) to gather relevant content and updates. 6. Ensure timely dispatch of compliance alerts, due date reminders, and statutory circulars. 7. Follow data privacy regulations and business policy while executing campaigns. 8. Explore and implement automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and client engagement. 9. Various other responsibilities will be given from time to time related to digital marketing activity.
