HTML Developer Role RequirementsExperience & Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience as an HTML Developer. Strong proficiency in HTML , CSS , and responsive design techniques. Experience with JavaScript , XML , and jQuery is a plus. Hands-on experience in email development , with a clear understanding of best practices and limitations across various email clients. Solid understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility challenges and solutions. Familiarity with email programming principles and tools. Tools & Technologies: Proficient in using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop , InDesign , Figma , or Sketch . Experience with version control systems like Git . Knowledge of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG , ARIA ) and implementation. Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment . Availability: Must be available to work until 5 PM EST .
