Email Marketing Specialist, Oracle Responsys, Martech Campaign for IT Companies

Job Purpose

The Email Marketing Specialist will be a key member of the Campaign Management Support team, responsible for executing and optimizing end-to-end email campaigns. This includes managing existing campaigns, setting up new ones, selecting targeted data, launching campaigns, and analyzing performance results.

The ideal candidate is passionate about email marketing, experienced in Oracle Martech tools (Responsys, Unity, Infinity IQ), and skilled in campaign personalization and optimization. This role requires strong analytical abilities, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of digital campaign trends.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end campaign execution: data selection, campaign setup, rollout (excluding creatives), and performance reporting.

• Manage existing and new customer campaigns, ensuring proper targeting and workflow setup using:

  • Oracle Responsys

  • Oracle Unity (CDP)

  • Oracle Infinity IQ

• Write and use SQL queries to create targeted audience segments for campaigns.

• Optimize performance across email platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams for multi-channel success.

• Analyze and interpret campaign data to provide insights and actionable recommendations.

• Compile performance reports ensuring accuracy, integrity, and strategic alignment.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys.

• Proven experience implementing Oracle Unity (CDP) for at least 2 clients.

• Strong experience using Oracle Infinity IQ for reporting and dashboard development.

• Expertise in hyper-personalization and A/B testing strategies using Oracle tools.

• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries, with a strong understanding of PL/SQL and performance tuning.

• High proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and advanced data analysis.
