Email Marketing Executive

SIT Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic and fast-growing tech company committed to innovation and excellence. We are currently expanding our marketing team and looking for an enthusiastic Email Marketer who also has hands-on experience in digital marketing to drive engagement and support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and automated emails.
• Create engaging email content, subject lines, and templates to improve open and click-through rates.
• Segment email lists based on user behavior and demographics for targeted communication.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency across emails.
• Assist in overall digital marketing efforts including:
• Social media marketing
• SEO/SEM strategies
• Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Generate reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in email marketing and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and concepts (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, etc.).
• Strong written communication skills and creativity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sohana, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
