Reporting to the ISPL Head of DEC Process & Control this role is in charge of the Control framework, definition and oversight of the local processes. Acting as a key SME for DEC and LD OPS in India, the incumbent will have to ensure that a robust, efficient and compliant processes are in place across all functional domains and aligned with other regions. Improve Ops activity dashboards. STP rate, review and fail justification, action plan definition (miss booking, process change, client instruction review, methodology review) Run the Bank dimension Lead: interact with IT teams, Leader of the IT Run the Bank roadmap, to ensure continuity of transversal analysis of Run the Bank topics (including regulatory evolution).
