Role & responsibilities Design & Execution: Create high-converting email templates that align with brand voice and campaign goals. A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and layouts for maximum impact. Analytics & Optimization: Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversions using tools - Salesforce Use insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI. Audience Engagement: Develop personalized messaging that resonates with target users and compels action. Segment email lists for tailored campaigns (e.g., leads vs. existing customers). Collaboration: Work with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Stakeholder Management - Proactively communicate with internal Sales Teams and internal Clients Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in email marketing Strong copywriting skills with a knack for persuasive messaging. Proficiency in analytics to track and interpret campaign performance. Familiarity with A/B testing and list segmentation.
