As a Customer Service Representative at the organization, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and resolving customer issues via email in a timely and professional manner. It is imperative to maintain the accuracy of information provided and documented while adhering to the standard operating procedures required by the process. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and hold a degree in any discipline. Previous experience in the travel industry would be considered an added advantage. Exceptional communication skills are crucial for this role, as you will be required to effectively communicate with customers. Furthermore, you should be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
