Rasun Ace Elysian is a good apartment. There is a convenient store nearby. Also, there is a cricket room in the apartment. There is also a nice swimming pool on the terrace. Overall, its good.

Very bad community, it's all family owned flats, daily harrasment on every small issue. All old age people with sick & syco minded Owner, and tenant staying in a same building is big nuisance.its not for family, singles are welcome because full night Oyo rooms atmosphere. Girls and boys smoking, littering in parking and on the terrace.
