Job Summary: The MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing the execution and maintenance of MEP systems, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and managing the billing verification process. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Oversee and lead Electrical, ELV, HVAC, PHE, FPS, and FAPA systems. Provide direction and support to the project execution team. Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, project execution team, and planning team for all MEP services. Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders. Execution & Maintenance: Manage the installation, operation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations. Electrical Systems: Supervise high and low-level tray and raceway installations, conduit wiring, cable laying, RMU, transformers, HT and LT panels, distribution boards, lightning protection systems, and solar system installations. HVAC Systems: Oversee the installation and maintenance of VRV/VRF systems, air-cooled and water-cooled systems, ducting, and insulation. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with client requirements. Coordinate with the design team to ensure HVAC systems meet project specifications. PHE Systems: Manage water supply and drainage systems, including STP, WTP, and ETP. Fire Protection Systems (FPS): Supervise the installation and maintenance of sprinkler and hydrant systems. Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) Systems: Oversee the installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control systems (ACS), addressable fire alarm systems, and public address systems. Quality Assurance: Verify the supply and installation of all subcontractor work to meet quality and safety standards. Project Reviews: Attend project review meetings, write reports, and present to managers and clients. Resource Coordination: Ensure the availability of materials at the site for execution and maintain planned schedules to achieve targets on time. The candidate must be able to organize the necessary labor resources for various trades on the project's payroll, using the available resources established during their tenure on the project. Inspection and Certification: Review and certify material inspection records according to approved specifications. Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to method statements, installation checklists, and testing records. Billing Verification Process: Invoice Review: Carefully review all invoices submitted by subcontractors to ensure accuracy and completeness. Document Verification: Ensure all supporting documents, such as delivery receipts, work completion certificates, and inspection reports, are attached and meet the required standards. Compliance Check: Confirm that all billed items comply with contract terms, approved budgets, and project specifications. Cross-Referencing: Cross-reference invoices with the actual work completed on-site, project timelines, and progress reports to ensure consistency and prevent discrepancies. Approval Workflow: Follow the established approval workflow for billing, obtaining necessary approvals from project managers, finance teams, and other relevant stakeholders. Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies or disputes with subcontractors regarding billing amounts or documentation. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing-related documents for future reference and audit purposes. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on the billing status to project stakeholders, including any issues or delays encountered in the verification process.

Preferred candidate profile Experince : 2 to 7 years Location : Work from Trivandrum, Kerala.
