BraaiCraft Smokehouse’s Cloud Kitchen delivers high-quality smoked and barbecue-inspired meals with a focus on fresh ingredients and consistent flavours. We are looking for a skilled chef/cook to join our team and maintain our standards of taste, hygiene, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes as per the set recipes and portion standards. Ensure all food is cooked to the highest quality, maintaining flavour consistency. Plan daily prep schedules and manage mise en place. Monitor inventory, handle stock rotation, and communicate procurement needs. Maintain a clean, organised kitchen in compliance with FSSAI and food safety norms. Work with management to develop new menu items or improve existing ones. Manage order timelines to meet delivery deadlines. Requirements Proven experience as a chef, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role (cloud kitchen experience preferred). Strong understanding of grilling, roasting, and barbecue techniques is a plus. Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications A culinary diploma or relevant certification is preferred, but not mandatory. Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience.
