Role & responsibilities 10+ years of technical experience in networking, network security and upgrades Working understanding of open-standard networking protocols and the ability to identify and implement these protocols at an enterprise level Performs complex installations, upgrades, and maintenance and technical duties supporting the operations internal and non-internal network Assist in the development/design of network/security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures relevant to IT infrastructure and Architecture Communicates with the client, the team and NOC on a day to day basis to ensure quick turnaround times, resolutions and maintain a robust environment
