As a Sales Executive at Elquench Private Ltd, you will be responsible for managing clients from the USA, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to foster long-lasting client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Zirakpur. Your main responsibilities will include making inbound and outbound calls to international clients, addressing technical queries, and offering appropriate solutions. You will be expected to generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and prospecting, while also nurturing strong customer relationships. Meeting or surpassing monthly sales targets will be a key performance indicator, alongside collaborating with the marketing team to enhance outreach efforts.
