Produce high-quality marketing collateral and develop sales enablement materials that empower sales teams to engage authentically and successfully with target segments, ultimately driving revenue growth. Collaborate with marketing leaders in the US and Europe to refine messaging and product offerings, ensuring alignment with market demands and enhancing competitive positioning. Foster cross-functional collaboration across business lines and with colleagues in Gurgaon to integrate innovative marketing ideas and activities, maximizing impact and efficiency. Analyze marketing performance through metrics and analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies and achieve superior results. Coordinate proactively with marketing partners (Centres of Excellence) across the organization to create effective marketing assets and digital campaigns, driving consistency and excellence in execution.
