We're looking for a results- driven IT Sales Manager to expand our client base and drive business growth Core Responsibilities: 1. Execute end-to-end B2B sales cycle for enterprise IT services including custom software development, application modernization, and staff augmentation 2. Conduct sales activities for our in-house software products including demos, pricing negotiations, and implementation planning 3. Identify and nurture potential clients through strategic outreach, networking, and partnerships 4. Create technical proposals, SOWs, and SLAs 5. Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussion and closure 6. Maintain sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets 7. Create and deliver solution presentations to C-level executives 8. Basic marketing activities including LinkedIn content creation and client engagement initiatives. 9. Attend event and generate leads and initiate client interests. Required Experience & Skills: 1. 3-4 years in enterprise IT services/software solutions sales 2. Closing large custom IT service deals (25L+) 3. Experience in software product sales and licensing models 4. Ability to understand client IT needs and communicate with technical teams. 5. Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills 6.
