Job Role : Commodity Technical Analyst Designation : Jr. TA / TA /Associate/Sr.Associate (Designation will depend on the level of experience) Domain : Technical Analysis Total Work Experience : 2 +yrs Education Qualification : Graduationfrom premiuminstitute and or Post Graduation in Management- Finance / Economics/ Statistics with related experience Additional Qualification : Industry specific diplomas/ CMT certified preferred or any other Functional certifications Essential Language : English No. Of open positions : 1 Nos Location of Work : Hyderabad Job Description The Research Analyst would be required to perform extensive research on the supply-demand-price of select commodities on local and global basis and build several forecast models based on the collected information.To be successful in this role, the Analyst will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, forecast modeling, and the ability to critically analyse data in an efficient manner. Technical analysts are required to support our Price Consultancy Services. Price consultancy services are aimed to serve various corporate houses/individuals exposed to price risk in the commodity segment. The job role of a Technical Analyst is Helping the RM to form price outlook backed up with strong analytics. Improving the depth of research and quality of content in reports. Participate in Weekly team meetings along with EM on price outlook Maintaining a trading strike rate of >70%; Procurement saving of >2% over the market average. Bringing out research innovations Bringing new research methodologies Ensure maintenance of price database Bring out the results from studies/analysis which would help the team in framing the report content. Desired Profile : Experience working in commodity, equity or financial markets is preferred. Experience in Price forecasting for short, medium and long term. Independent call taking capability. Excellent in Mother chart analysis, Elliott wave, meta stock and crowd behaviour. Beginner at Gann analytics, Financial Astrology and Metastock programming. Exposure to Multi Technical Analysis Software Experience in using Elliott Wave Analysis is mandatory. Experience in directly serving external corporate clients located in India or abroad is considered as added advantage. Sound knowledge in derivative markets and related concepts is preferred. Flexible and able to meet the changing demands of the services. Good communication skills, written and verbal. Proactive, self-reliant and effective within a team Environment. Proficiency in using the software products related to technical analysis and MS Office. TransGraph Consulting Pvt.
