ACCOUNTS/ PURCHASE EXECUTIVE Goregaon(W), Mumbai Mon-Sat - 10am - 07:00pm Record and manage sales, purchase, returns, expenses, petty cash, and bank entries in Tally. Maintain and update cash book, payment register, and sales collection reports on a daily basis. Handle vendor management – sourcing, price comparison, negotiations, and database upkeep. Prepare and process purchase orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely stock availability. Verify supplier invoices and ensure accurate booking & timely vendor payments . Follow up with customers/vendors for outstanding payments and update reconciliations. Prepare monthly/quarterly GST, TDS, and other statutory summaries . Coordinate with internal & external auditors and resolve queries. Ensure proper filing, scanning, and documentation of accounts and purchase records. Assist in monthly closure of accounts including debtor/creditor reconciliation and compliance entries.
