Any Zscaler / CCNA / Netskope kind of certifications are good to have but not mandatory. What You’ll Do: As a Senior SASE Support Specialist, you will: · Provide expert-level support for SASE solutions, addressing network and security-related issues. · Oversee and guide junior specialists, helping them resolve complex customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. · Collaborate with senior engineers and support teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and provide escalations as needed. · Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction. · Maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions, demonstrating strong organizational skills. · Utilize and manage ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and resolve customer issues. Experience with ticket management systems is essential. · Continuously train on new technologies, including Zscaler, and apply your expertise to improve operational efficiency. · Help maintain team morale and maintain composure during high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For: · Technical Expertise: In-depth experience in network security, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Quick to learn and implement Zscaler solutions. · Leadership Skills: Proven ability to oversee and mentor junior specialists, providing guidance and ensuring successful support outcomes. · Education: Degree in technology or related fields preferred, but not required. Zscaler certifications are a plus. · Veteran Applicants: Military veterans with an IT-related MOS or strong interest in IT and cybersecurity are highly encouraged to apply. · Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service. · Calm Under Pressure: Ability to maintain composure and deliver efficient, effective support in high-stress situations.
