The Office Administrator will oversee and coordinate daily administrative activities, ensuring smooth operations and providing vital support to staff and management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Management Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Maintain and organize office records, documents, and filing systems. Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Scheduling and Coordination Manage calendars for management and staff, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for facility needs. Support the planning and execution of events, classes, and competitions. Customer and Staff Support Assist with onboarding new staff members and providing administrative support to team members. Address member and client inquiries, providing information or directing them to the appropriate department. QualificationsEssential Proven experience in an administrative or office management role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
