1. Position: Lift & Elevator Maintenance Technician

Salary: USD 900 / INR 83,000 (approx.)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain elevator systems.
• Perform small repairs, part replacements, and routine cleaning.
• Conduct lubrication, oiling, and safety checks.
• Ensure smooth functioning of elevators through preventive maintenance.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in lift/elevator maintenance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair faults independently.

2. Position: Lift Installation Technician

Salary: USD 900 / INR 83,000 (approx.)

Responsibilities:

• Perform complete lift installation work as per company standards.
• Handle mechanical and electrical installation tasks.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and final setup.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance during installation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in lift installation.
• Skilled in mechanical, electrical, and structural installation tasks.
• Ready for on-site commissioning work.

3. Position: Helper / Assistant

Salary: USD 700 / INR 62,000 (approx.)

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians during maintenance and installation.
• Carry tools, materials, and provide support during operations.
• Help in cleaning, organizing, and preparing the work area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Pass.
• Basic work experience preferred.
• Physically fit to lift weights and handle boxes.
